Hexham MP Guy Opperman recently paid a visit to RED Engineering in Hexham, where he met with Joe, Richard and Toby to learn all about the bespoke engineering solutions they provide to companies across Europe and in the USA. RED Engineering was founded in 2008 and provides expertise and solutions to support the delivery of complex engineering projects. The company is based in Hexham and is employee-owned, with half of its staff chartered engineers.

Mr Opperman said: “the Tyne Valley is home to a cluster of specialist engineering companies that are offering bespoke services to companies around the world and offering employment to highly skilled engineers. RED Engineering is a fantastic local company and I really enjoyed my visit.”
