Hexham MP Guy Opperman this week announced the winner of his annual Christmas card design competition in Westminster.
There were many fantastic and creative entries from all around the constituency, but the eventual winner was Brooke Foster from Prudhoe Castle First School for her brilliant Christmas snowglobe design. The runners-up were Lily Macaulay from Ovingham Church of England School and Freya Villiers-Stuart of Whitfield Church of England First School.
The winning design will be featured on Guy's Christmas card which will be sent all around the constituency, while Brooke, Lily and Freya have been invited to Kielder Forest to see the Kielder Christmas tree being felled. Brooke will also be invited to Westminster in December where she will meet Guy and see the Christmas Tree in place in College Green.
Congratulations to the three winners!
