Ian Hutchinson is the County Councillor for Haltwhistle and also the current Civic Head of Northumberland County Council.  Ian serves as the Chairman of the Licensing and Regulatory Committee for the County Council and is also a Trustee of Haltwhistle Partnership and a Director of Kielder Partnership.
